1º de maio em algum lugar

Faixas pela cidade, anúncios e o boca a boca divulgavam um evento promovido pela gestão municipal em um bairro periférico, sendo um dos maiores eventos em comemoração ao dia do trabalhador que a cidade já teve.

Aglomerações, pessoas vindo de várias regiões da cidade, em pouco tempo o bairro é remodelado, barraquinhas, desvios do trânsito, cones, sinalizações realçadas. Tudo esta marcado para começar às 13h e algumas pessoas na expectativa de ver de perto o seu “ídolo”, encostam-se às grades que as separam do palco muito antes do show começar. O que era um campo de futebol virá uma grande arena de shows.

Inicia o mega evento, músicos representam as suas músicas, um show com um DJ eficiente que estava afinado com os artistas, quando percebia que o público entoava as canções, silenciava as caixas de som, e o povo fazia a sua parte, mas logo o playback retornava, cada artista ou banda encenavam 03 à 04 músicas.

Muitos passaram pelo palco e quando um número significante de expectadores se apertava na nova arena (por volta das 19h), inicia-se o plano arquitetado – O Palanque Político, vereadores, deputados, secretários e o gestor mor. Iniciam a falácia brasileira, discursos repletos de intenções e pretensões e ao andar no meio da multidão percebemos panfletos sendo distribuídos e muitos descartados, interesses de ouvir? Muito pouco, pessoas bebendo e conversando enquanto o microfone é rasgado pelas vozes empolgadas sobre as melhorias do governo e as novas possibilidades, mas qual era o motivo mesmo da aglomeração? Comemoração ao dia do trabalho, se é que há muito do que se comemorar, algumas coisas perdem o sentido e ainda sim a representação e as aparências são insistentes, só que o Palanque foi montado e o Showmício iniciado - Parafraseando um dito popular a oportunidade faz o político e nada como uma multidão para arrebanhar adeptos à administração ou a ações por ela orquestrada, o que para mim mais parece como um momento de auto justificativa, olha estamos aqui, caso tenha pensado que o governo esta omisso.

No palco - apresentações, elogios – rasgação de seda, todos são bons, as coisas estão nos seus melhores dias, e ouvi-los faz crer que nunca na história do país estivemos em tão boas mãos ou com tamanhas conquistas, a empolgação é tamanha que para visitantes distantes levados pelos discursos já começa a pensar em ser tornar um cidadão desta metrópole, mas se olhar o entorno do evento, perceberá que tudo esta muito distante de uma cidade desenhada e tão bem ilustrada. Basta acabar o evento e tentar ir embora e perceber que a frota no feriado é reduzida e que por um longo período não dará vazão às pessoas que dependem do transporte público para voltar a tradicional rotina. O que fica de tudo isso, aos moradores do bairro, além da sujeira (07 horas para realizar a limpeza do local), um vazio já que o show representa o sentimento mais latente nas realizações da administração pública, tudo é efêmero e sem efeito real, e a pergunta que fica: quem pagará este showmício?

Devaneios sobre o FunCultura em um dia qualquer de uma artista desvairada

"Absolutamente nada, além de um martírio inútil, poderia resultar de um confronto direto com o Estado terminal, esta megacorporação/ Estado de informações, o império do espetáculo e da simulação. Todos os revólveres estão apontados para nós. Por outro lado, com o nosso armamento miserável, não temos em quem atirar, a não ser uma histeria, num vazio rígido, num fantasma capaz de transformar todo lampejo num ectoplasma de informação, uma sociedade de capitulação regida pela imagem do policial e pelo olho absorvente da tela de tv."( Taz, pg17) Ao passar pelo Bosque Maia nesta semana vi o início da decoração de Natal que é feita pela Prefeitura de Guarulhos e aí automaticamente pensei: cadê a verba do FunCultura?             Você pode me questionar e dizer: o que o FunCultura tem a ver com a decoração de natal? A princípio nada, apenas um devaneio, uma observação crítica que vem a partir da questão desta decoração.             Pensei na atual política cultural da cidade, mais uma vez, que privilegia grandes acontecimentos e eventos como shows de cantores em evidência na mídia em detrimento de pesquisas na área cultura e de pequenos grupos de artistas. Sendo assim, a decoração de Natal é muito importante para manutenção desta política, por causa da visibilidade e beleza proporcionada pela superestrutura de iluminação utilizada. O Bosque Maia, o principal parque da cidade, com uma grandiosa decoração de Natal, com muitas luzes, enfeites e é claro o Papai Noel será visitado por todas as classes sociais e este acontecimento agradará a todos que no final do ano, com a vaga lembrança de ter vivenciado um ano eleitoral, terão a sensação de que realmente as coisas acontecem por aqui... Neste ponto, surge o outro devaneio, ou melhor, alucinação dos artistas de Guarulhos: o FunCultura – Fundo Municipal de Cultura do Município! E surge a questão que não quer calar: a secretaria de cultura está muito ocupada com esta decoração e não tem tempo suficiente para convocar os Conselheiros do Fundo Municipal de Cultura e deliberar pela assinatura imediata dos contratos? Os proponentes aguardam ansiosos por esta atitude da Secretária de Cultura que, aliás, recebeu os méritos no ano passado pela excelente decoração de Natal que proporcionou aos cidadãos guarulhenses, já que o edital com os aprovados saiu no Diário Oficial de 12 de junho de 2012. E desde então nada, parece que só o que foi feito nesta cidade foi trabalhar para a reeleição do Prefeito Almeida. Um vazio... Um soluço... Um grito mudo... Um buraco.... E para finalizar, acho que o Papai Noel não passará nas chaminés das casas dos artistas de Guarulhos. Não temos chaminés!
